An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to digitalize and modernize its current analytical tool used to monitor the cost of healthy diets. This new digital version should retain the computational accuracy and adherence to the underlying CoHD+T methodology while broadening access for non-technical audiences.

The platform should enable global program managers and policy officers to easily assess and track the cost of specific nutritious foods within the broader context of healthy diets. The design must prioritize a simplified data preparation and cleaning process, as well as offer flexible configuration options for both national and global data analysis.
