Vendor needs to provide digital revenue intelligence and engagement (DRIVE) platform project is a strategic initiative to implement an integrated, airport–wide platform that centralizes and automates the collection of real–time, line–item sales data from all airport concessionaires.– The DRIVE platform will deliver accurate revenue reporting, reduce reliance on self–reported figures, and power executive dashboards that correlate sales activity to rental percentage fees and specific concession locations.– This effort supports improved revenue accuracy, operational transparency, and smarter financial, marketing, and leasing decisions.– The solution will integrate with existing POS systems or a unified airport–wide POS infrastructure, based on the implementation strategy.– The solution will directly support rent billing workflows by applying contract–specific business rules to POS–collected sales data, enhancing data accuracy, operational transparency, and decision–making.1. A solution that has automated software for collecting real–time, line–item sales data from all airport concessionaires for management and reporting purposes. The ability to produce real–time and scheduled Reporting.2. Implementation of the solution in a phased approach to avoid duplicate work, revisiting a group, or leaving concession organizations with a partial or hybrid (automated and manual reporting) situation.3. A self–service onboarding component and permit vendor–assisted onboarding during initial rollout and complex integrations.4. Resource support to liaise with concessionaires, conduct and manage the menu pricing auditing tasks and compliance oversight.– Data Integrity:• All incoming data from POS systems will be accurate, formatted correctly, and free from corruption before processing.• Data standardization will be effective enough to allow product categorization without significant manual intervention.• Real–time data synchronization will perform reliably under normal operational loads.
