Vendor needs to provide digital portal design, development, implementation and support service. The engagement covers the design, development, implementation, hosting, support, and maintenance of a secure digital portal to support the delivery of the agency shared education programme. The portal will provide a central online platform for preschool settings, educators, and families to collaborate, share resources, and participate in programme activities. The contract includes user management, content management, safeguarding controls, accessibility requirements, technical support, and ongoing system maintenance.
