An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive digital development services for its energy modelling platform. The selected contractor will be responsible for full-stack web development to design, build, and integrate an Energy-Development Modelling Platform, as well as to enhance the existing Sustainable Energy Academy within the organization's digital infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing all stages of the platforms, from user interface design to backend system integration and optimization. The contractor will develop an engaging, user-friendly dashboard that enables interactive exploration and comparison of development scenarios. Additionally, the vendor will design and implement secure and efficient database structures to store, retrieve, and present scenario data.

The scope also includes refining and expanding the current learning platform to boost its functionality, interactivity, and overall performance, ensuring both platforms operate cohesively within the Sustainable Energy Digital Intelligence Platform.
