A Texas agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive digital curriculum and virtual programming solution to support the launch and operation of a virtual and hybrid academy. The selected vendor will supply digital curriculum, virtual learning platforms, and related instructional and operational support services tailored to the needs of virtual and hybrid education environments.

Services required include instructional content delivery, integrated learning management system functionalities, student engagement and participation tracking, reporting and documentation tools, and support for implementation planning. Additionally, vendors should provide staff training as well as ongoing technical and instructional support, all in accordance with applicable laws and agency requirements.

Instruction will be delivered primarily through an asynchronous model, allowing students to progress at their own pace, with supplemental academic interaction and hybrid or in-person support for those who require additional structure. The initial contract period is for one year, with all vendor questions due by February 9, 2026.
