DESCRIPTION

The contractor will design and develop a research security toolkit intended to support research security offices and programs worldwide. The toolkit will include an actionable, facilitated Research Security Risk Assessment Guide to help offices identify, rate, and respond to research security risks.

The contractor will also develop a Research Security Program Starter Kit consisting of two complementary resources to help research security programs establish and operate their programs. In addition, the contractor will create a Model Template and Workflow Library as one coherent, cross-referenced tool.

All questions regarding the opportunity must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026. Proposals are due by August 21, 2026.
