DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a vendor to provide dedicated platform management and development services. Key responsibilities include delivering software development for defined initiatives, managing campaigns and programs, supporting reporting tools, maintaining environments, and executing compliance upgrades.
Platform operations and maintenance are required, including incident response, uptime management, compliance support, security patching, dependency management, and performance monitoring. Proposals must clearly describe the delivery structure with all-in monthly pricing and detail a project team with named individuals and identified roles. Subcontracting is permitted only with disclosure and written approval. A senior point of contact with authority across all service domains must be named.
Vendors should demonstrate relevant organizational technical experience and possess familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, CASL, PIPEDA, and SOC 2 compliance standards. Additional requirements include an organizational LLM disclosure document, a written security policy, agreement to an EFI security commitment, and the provision of client references. The contract is for a one-year period.
