The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Financial Services Center, is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding software support, operations, and maintenance for the eCAMS medical claims adjudication system. The eCAMS system is integral to the VA's process of adjudicating and paying healthcare claims from private providers outside VA medical facilities.

Vendors are asked to provide input on their technical capabilities, as well as cost and schedule estimates for delivering operations and maintenance (O&M) and change request (CR) support for eCAMS. Responses will help inform the VA's acquisition strategy and development of a Performance Work Statement. All information provided will be used for planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or commit the Government to any future contract.

Interested vendors are encouraged to outline their experience and technical approach for supporting a medical claims processing system, ensuring the ongoing functionality, updates, and support required by the VA.
