An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide database development services and create Power BI dashboards to enhance agricultural program monitoring in Kenya. During the diagnostic phase, the consultant will assess existing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) tools, workflows, and data management practices to inform the new database structure.

The consultant will develop Power BI dashboards that deliver real-time insights to program managers, MEL staff, and senior leadership. Key metrics will include agricultural productivity, farmer adoption rates, cooperative growth, and household nutrition outcomes. Dashboards must auto-generate based on data pulled directly from a Datamart and enable data disaggregation by age, gender, county, and cooperative to support adaptive management.

The scope also includes building a functional Azure-based data pipeline, accompanied by comprehensive documentation. At the conclusion of the project, the vendor will deliver a final report summarizing the implemented process, key lessons learned, and recommendations for sustainability and scalability.
