(1) Vendor needs to provide data dashboard solution.– Develop a centralized, visual display of key metrics related to student reading performance.– Data Integration and Reconciliation• Reconcile and connect multiple types of data.• Consolidate data collected from classroom walkthrough and observation tools.• Ensure interoperability with existing state and district systems.– Data Integration and Reconciliation• Design and implement a robust internal data collection tool to support local data gathering and instructional improvement.• Tool must be easy to use in classrooms and at the school level, while feeding into the statewide system in real time or at regular intervals.– Statewide Dashboard• Develop a statewide data dashboard to:• Monitor fidelity and classroom use of evidence–based literacy instruction (e.g., IPG indicators).• Track progress quickly on key literacy metrics, from student outcomes to implementation practices.• Identify trends, spot disparities, and pinpoint areas of concern in instruction or student support.• Customize views and reporting capabilities based on the needs of different users.– Professional Learning and Coaching• Provide professional learning and ongoing coaching to build user capacity in:• Using the dashboard and internal tools effectively.• Interpreting data to inform instruction and support continuous improvement.• Aligning practices with the state’s reading goals and expectations for high–quality implementation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2025.
