Data Analytics Software

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is seeking a data analytics software platform to monitor and report attendance data across its state parks. The platform must accommodate at least five admin users, with the proposal specifying costs for any additional users. It should offer the flexibility to add new state park locations for monitoring at no extra cost and must be capable of seamless integration with ODNR's existing analytics tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.

Reporting capabilities are vital, including the generation of custom and automated reports for each property, with both current and historical attendance data (supporting historical data imports of at least five years). The platform should provide statistically valid metrics such as frequency of visits, length of stay, and unique visitor counts. Features should also include visual analysis tools like heat maps, overlays, and data slicers.

The selected vendor is expected to ensure data integrity by identifying and removing biases or anomalies in attendance extrapolations. Transparency regarding the types of data sources utilized, such as SDK partners, mobile apps, telecommunications, or Wi-Fi, is required to address potential privacy concerns. Additionally, the solution must support standard data exports (csv, xlsx, .json) and provide a designated point of contact for custom report requests.
