Seeking a consultant to develop and institutionalize a cybersecurity and cyber resilience framework for the Philippines energy sector.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in electrical engineering with 10 years of work experience OR bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 15 years of work experience
Experience in electrical power equipment, interconnection, and security and control systems
Extensive experience in utility operations and management
Experience in network planning and studies
Experience with the application of the provisions of the Philippine Grid Code
Experience with engagements within the Philippine electricity distribution sector
Experience in planning and implementation of major electricity projects and programs
