This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) system designed to enhance data integration across various agency programs, foster collaboration, and improve the tracking of outcomes related to client and partner relationships. The system must facilitate management of business retention visits, prospect tracking for expansions and startups, as well as robust monitoring of grant and loan applications—including intake, processing, disbursement, compliance, and client surveys.
Key requirements include the ability to report on aggregate agency program data in a user-friendly manner that effectively communicates the agency’s impact. Integration capabilities with communication tools such as Outlook are essential, as is support for language translations through pre-translated documents and native translation services. The CRM must support data migration, provide training and help tools for users, and incorporate artificial intelligence insights and integration.
Additional features should include the ability to input GIS map overlays linked to addresses, business card scanning and uploading, and mobile device compatibility. Grant program managers must be able to manage grant application workflows that leverage integrated client data within the CRM.
