The University seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive, enterprise-level Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for Enrollment Management and Marketing operations. The proposed CRM must function as an integrated platform with a single data architecture and unified user interface, avoiding reliance on loosely integrated third-party systems or the need for manual synchronizations and separate administrative interfaces.
