A Louisiana utility board is seeking a qualified vendor to provide an integrated, cloud-based Customer Information System (CIS) software and associated services. The solution must be vendor-hosted and include all necessary software, hardware specifications, implementation support, project management, and related technology services.
The new CIS should support utility billing, customer relationship management (CRM), business analytics, and seamless account linking to specific addresses and meters.
