(1) Vendor needs to provide Customer Information System (CIS) Software and Services. – Integrated, vendor–hosted and cloud solution for a customer information system (CIS) software and services, including software, hardware specifications, implementation and project management, and other technology services. – Utility billing system, the Board also desires to include CRM and business analysis in the new CIS system. – CSM relies on the Microsoft Dynamics GP platform which is not being supported after 2029. – Linking of accounts to location addresses and meters. – Integration with SmartMeter to receive monthly meter reads. – Tracking overdue accounts and managing customer payment plans. – Integrations with financial system, enterprise asset management system and customer portal. – Data analytics.
