SUMMARY

Ohio seeks a cloud-based SaaS platform to measure, analyze, and improve customer experiences across various stakeholders with robust feedback integration and dashboard reporting.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have implemented a customer experience measurement solution for at least five U.S. states, territories, or local government entities in the past five years
Must have a fully FedRamp certified voice of the customer platform for all proposed solution modules
Must be registered with Ohio Shared Services to do business in the State of Ohio
Must not be subject to an unresolved finding for recovery under Ohio Revised Code Section 9.24
Must provide proof of insurance including Cyber Liability Insurance with limits not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence
Must provide a System Security Plan and comply with State IT policies and standards
