The State of Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive customer experience measurement solution. This system will enable the consistent measurement, analysis, and improvement of experiences for claimants, employers, and third-party administrators served by the state.
The required solution should facilitate the collection, integration, and reporting of customer feedback across multiple channels. It must deliver actionable insights through a centralized dashboard, and offer survey development and administration capabilities, integration of existing feedback data, data standardization, analytics, and dashboard reporting. Proposals must feature a secure, scalable, cloud-based SaaS platform that aligns with Ohio's technology environment and adheres to state policies. Technical assistance to implement and maintain these capabilities is also required.
