DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Oklahoma is seeking a financial institution to provide custody bank services. The selected custodian will be responsible for holding all securities owned by the authority, including domestic and international stocks, government and corporate bonds, and mutual fund shares. The custodian's duties include settling trades upon manager instructions, collecting income, processing corporate actions, and ensuring any cash held is invested in short-term investment vehicles.
