DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a modern, vendor-hosted application software to facilitate curriculum management and the publication of academic catalogs. This system will be used campus-wide by faculty and academic administrators to propose, review, and approve changes to academic programs and courses, with updates being reflected in university catalogs and integrated with the student information system (SIS).

The preferred solution should be robust, user-friendly, and future-ready, supporting transparency, collaboration, and data integration across academic units. Key requirements include seamless integration between curriculum management processes and catalog publication to ensure efficient data transfer and consistency, specifically integrating with Ellucian Banner (using Ethos) and Workday. The solution should also support the exchange of approved curriculum elements and effective-dated records, interface with institutional authentication systems, and address current data sources pertaining to curriculum and catalogs.

Additionally, vendors will be responsible for developing and providing role-based training for faculty, staff, and administrators, supporting user acceptance testing, deploying the system to production, and ensuring post-go-live support and issue resolution. The contract duration is one year.
