Seeking vendor for culturally relevant tobacco cessation and prevention services tailored to Native American populations in Santa Fe, NM.
(1) Vendor needs to provide culturally relevant commercial tobacco cessation and prevention service.– Project approaches might include, but are not limited to, public health communications, educational interventions, public information campaigns, and community engagements that are highly–tailored to the Native American population and setting• Health communications and awareness campaigns designed to 1) increase fact–based information about available smoking cessation options; and 2) facilitate informed decision–making about how to quit smoking• Dissemination activities designed to correct existing nicotine misperceptions AND accurately communicate the relative risks of tobacco products to stakeholders or people who smoke• Training for frontline health care professionals, especially those that serve populations with higher smoking rates• Education activities that address sociodemographic disparities in smoking cessation outcomes by characterizing the needs of the Native American population seeking access to smoking cessation options to inform development of tailored program(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2025.
