The scope of work also includes programming and performance management, which involves recruiting and managing artists, musicians, cultural performers, and guest speakers. Additionally, the vendor will oversee all marketing and promotional efforts, including the design and distribution of materials across print, radio, social media, and web platforms. On the day of each event, the promoter will manage event staff, coordinate security, oversee volunteers, handle vendor logistics, and serve as the main point of contact for agency staff.
