Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a secure, robust crowdfunding platform to support online fundraising campaigns. The platform must offer a comprehensive suite of features, including automated receipt generation; guaranteed delivery of all donations to each campaign, regardless of whether the fundraising goal is met; and preservation and access of historical campaign data. Administrators will have the ability to preview and approve campaigns before publication, manage and edit campaign durations, and grant individual user logins with varying security permissions.

The requested solution should include a dashboard for real-time or near real-time monitoring of campaign results, customizable financial reporting with data export capabilities, and integration with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X. Functionality for uploading pictures and videos to campaigns, donor messaging and comment features, and support for donations on behalf of students or individuals are also required. Importantly, the platform must ensure that all student data stored, transmitted, or accessed aligns with the requirements of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
