(1) Vendor needs to provide crowdfunding platform.– Provide comprehensive online fundraising platform.– Automated receipt generation– Guaranteed receipt of all donations for each campaign, even if fundraising goal is not met– Real–time customizable financial reports with the ability to filter and export data to Excel– Preservation of and access to historical data– Ability for agency administrators to preview and approve a campaign before it is published– Individual login access for end users with varying security levels– Ability to manage and edit campaign duration– Dashboard system allowing for live or near–live viewing of campaign results– Social media integration with various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.– Ability to upload pictures and videos to individual fundraising campaigns– Ability for donors to leave comments or messages– Ability for donors to donate on behalf of a student or other individual– All student data stored, transmitted, or accessed through the platform is protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 29, 2026.
