(1) Vendor needs to provide creative campaign services. • The Services shall include provision for the following – Provision of strategic, evidence–based, creative concepts and recommendations to support client campaign objectives – Planning and management of integrated campaigns to ensure consistent and quality messaging across multiple traditional, digital, mobile, social media and other emerging technologies – Liaising with the Client on target audience identification and analysis – Communication channel strategy and planning – Provision of expertise in Awareness Raising campaigns – Design, development, copy writing and production of creative concepts, content and advertising materials for use across all channels and platforms – Provisions of creative concepts and proposed communications solutions, pretesting if required will be managed by the Client – Provision of a detailed budget breakdown for all projects prior to commencement of any work – Timely, accurate reporting of work–in–progress vs budget to the Contracting Authority and/or The Client – Post–campaign analysis and performance reporting (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
