Key responsibilities include the development of creative strategies, content creation, video and audio production, post-production editing, and digital distribution across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others. The vendor will be expected to produce short-form social media videos (ranging from 15 to 90 seconds), informational and promotional pieces highlighting county programs, services, and events, and to provide event coverage and live streaming when needed. Deliverables also encompass motion graphics, animation, visual branding elements, and a branded graphics package for county use.

Additional services include developing creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards, as well as managing production schedules. Full-service production—including multi-camera, high-resolution filming, professional lighting, and audio—must be provided. All content should meet ADA compliance standards and be optimized for web and social media distribution, with guidance on SEO, tagging, thumbnails, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement. The scope of work will encompass at least 15 short-form videos and associated promotional materials.
