(1) Vendor needs to provide creation, design and production service. • Capable of providing comprehensive, modern multimedia production services to support the county’s communication and public engagement initiatives. • Provide creative strategy, content development, video and audio production, post–production, and digital distribution for a variety of platforms for a one–year contract term with the option to extend for one additional year at no additional cost to the county. • Short–form social media videos (15–90 seconds) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. • Informational and promotional videos highlighting County programs, services, and events. • Motion graphics, animation, and visual branding elements. • Event coverage and live streaming (where applicable). • Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and production schedules. • Provide full production services, including multi–camera, high resolution filming, professional lighting, and audio capture. • Ensure ADA compliance and accessibility in all visual and audio content. • Upload and optimize videos for web, social media, and streaming platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc. • Provide guidance on SEO, tagging, thumbnails, and best practices for maximizing reach and engagement. • 15 short–form videos (social media features, PSAs, or promotional reels). • Branded graphics package and motion elements for County use.
