Additional requirements include configurable learning pathways, support for multi-session programs, and editable form templates—even after evaluation cycles have commenced.

Integration with the Schoology LMS is required, along with tools that support content management, goal setting, evidence collection, and self-reflection—all enhanced by AI-driven process optimization and intelligent workflow suggestions. Automated nightly data feeds from PeopleSoft and Skyward are necessary to ensure accurate employee information and master schedule updates.
