A Texas school district is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a modern course registration and evaluation management system. The desired solution must function as an integrated Professional Learning and Evaluation System, featuring a comprehensive course catalog with advanced search, filters, waitlist capability, and support for approval workflows. The system should support registration and attendance tracking using QR codes or roster uploads, as well as the issuance of digital certificates, transcripts, and digital badging for micro-credentialing. Additional requirements include configurable learning pathways, support for multi-session programs, and editable form templates—even after evaluation cycles have commenced.
Integration with the Schoology LMS is required, along with tools that support content management, goal setting, evidence collection, and self-reflection—all enhanced by AI-driven process optimization and intelligent workflow suggestions. Automated nightly data feeds from PeopleSoft and Skyward are necessary to ensure accurate employee information and master schedule updates. The platform should also feature role-based dashboards for staff, supervisors, and district leaders, and facilitate seamless integration with Vector Solutions compliance training. Data migration is a key component, with the need to import five to seven years (or more) of historical professional learning and evaluation data.
Pilot testing will be conducted at select campuses or departments before system-wide implementation. The vendor must also provide role-based training for administrators, supervisors, and end-users, including ongoing refresher training as part of the initial launch.
