AI–driven process optimization enables predictive suggestions for workflow improvements and form utilization. • Built–in tools for goal setting, evidence collection, and self–reflection featuring intelligent recommendations, automated data insights, and seamless data transfer capabilities. • Automated nightly feeds from PeopleSoft and Skyward ensure real–time updates and accurate employee information. • Role–based dashboards for employees, supervisors, and district leaders. • PeopleSoft HR feeds for job data. • Skyward integration for master schedules. • Vector Solutions compliance training sync. • Data Migration will be needed to import 5–7 years or longer of historical professional learning and evaluation data. • Pilot Testing may need to be conducted to run pilot with select campuses/ departments before districtwide launch. • Role–based training for administrators, supervisors, and end–users, with ongoing refreshers should be included in launch pricing.
