Service–Disabled Veteran–Owned Businesses (SDVOSB) must be certified by The U.S. Small Business Administration Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT). This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 36 & 14, Invitation for Bid. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, transportation, supervision, and equipment necessary to correct the deficiencies in the chiller plant as listed in the SOW, drawings, and specifications. The solicitation documents and drawings will be available for download from the website at SAM.GOV on or about Friday, December 12, 2025. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and updates. The Government will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Bidders are responsible for downloading the solicitation package, drawings, and subsequent amendments, if any.
