Must have capacity to meet requirements for the anticipated three-year term
Must maintain commercial general liability insurance with limits no less than $5,000,000 per occurrence
Must maintain professional errors and omissions liability insurance in an amount not less than $2,000,000 per claim
Must maintain automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence
