The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) is seeking a consultant to update the region's Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan (CPT-HST). The project involves leading stakeholder and community engagement, assessing transportation needs for older adults, people with disabilities, and people with low incomes, and developing an actionable roadmap for improving mobility. The project is anticipated to run from December 2026 through September 2027.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have experience with coordinated human services transportation planning
Must have experience with mobility management
Must have experience with inclusive engagement with older adults and people with disabilities
Must have professional licenses/certifications for personnel performing the work
