Vendor needs to provide contamination mapping and data visualization digital platform design and development service. – Design, develop, and deliver a secure internal IT application, enabling authorized staff to collect, visualize, and analyze contamination data. – The system will support operational planning, reporting, and coordination needs, ensuring restricted access to sensitive data and compliance with standards. – The Contractor shall design, prototype, develop, and deliver a secure internal digital information management system (hereinafter referred to as “the System”). – The Platform will serve as an integrated digital system allowing CHDE to securely collect, update, analyze, and visualize contamination and clearance data derived from Technical and Non–Technical Surveys (TS/NTS) and land release operations. – Provide interactive map–based visualization of contaminated, surveyed, and cleared areas. – Enable data entry and editing by authorized CHDE personnel for contamination, survey, and clearance results. – Support multiple user roles (Administrator, Analyst, Viewer) with tailored access levels. – Provide a user–friendly interface (Armenian) developed with responsive design for use on desktop and mobile devices. – In addition, ensure responsive and mobile–adaptive interface. – In–built interface supporting data visualization, editing, and map navigation. – Clear dashboard layout displaying key indicators.
