A government authority in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced construction services vendor to oversee a comprehensive project. Key responsibilities include accurate budgeting, value engineering, detailed site coordination, scheduling, logistical planning, and ensuring the involvement of local, small, and disadvantaged businesses. A high standard of quality control must be maintained throughout the project.

The selected vendor will provide full-time, on-site construction supervision, daily inspections, ongoing quality control, coordination across multiple trades, and the creation and maintenance of record drawings and daily work logs. Additionally, a fully equipped on-site office is required for the duration of the project. Regular duties also include conducting weekly progress meetings with the Program Manager and representatives from all trade partners, following a contractor-generated agenda.
