(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Accurate budgeting, value engineering, site coordination, scheduling, logistical planning, local/small/disadvantaged business involvement, and quality control will be important components of the requested services.– Maintain full–time on–site construction supervision and provide daily inspections, quality control, monitoring, coordination of various trades, record drawings, and daily work log. – Provide and maintain a fully equipped office on–site to perform all required duties. – Conduct weekly progress meetings following a Contractor–generated agenda with the Program Manager and all trades. – Provide assistance to the Department through all applicable warranty periods. (2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting and Site Visit will be held on January 29, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 4, 2026.
