(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– Architects, engineers, and other specified construction and facilities management professionals, including the Finance and Administration Cabinet, to progress projects on time and within budget.– Responsible for comprehensive long–term facilities planning efforts through facilities planning.(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 12, 2026.
