(1) Vendor needs to provide construction service to the government authority located in Providence, RI. – Interior renovation including the demolition of existing interior partition walls, existing floor finishes and suspended ceiling system. – New construction including interior remodel of office spaces and early learning facility, new exterior doors and windows. – New rooftop mechanical equipment, new accessible lift, new electrical and plumbing fixtures – New fire protection and alert system. – Exterior renovations include landscaping, accessible path of egress, outdoor play area and signage. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 3, 2025. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.
