Colquitt County in Georgia is seeking qualified firms to provide construction management at risk services for a range of facility additions and improvements. The scope of this project may include the construction of a new event center, renovations and modifications to an existing gymnasium to accommodate indoor athletic activities, construction of a new track and field facility at the high school, and the addition of an automotive lab.

Services required include both pre-construction and construction phases. In the pre-construction phase, vendors will manage payroll taxes, personnel expenses, and advertising. During construction, responsibilities include project management, oversight by an assistant superintendent, and securing appropriate insurance for the construction manager, personnel, equipment, and buildings. Additional construction phase tasks encompass providing project signage, portable heat, and temporary weather protection as needed.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 19, 2026. Interested parties must submit all questions regarding the project by March 1, 2026.
