The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new Child Development Center at Fort Hamilton, NY. The project includes a 16,632 square foot facility designed to serve children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, as well as adjacent outdoor play areas totaling 16,667 square feet. The center will encompass all required program spaces, including kitchen facilities, building information systems, fire protection and alarm systems, Intrusion Detection System (IDS) installation, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connections.

Outdoor spaces will be outfitted with age-appropriate child development equipment, safety surfacing, and fencing.
