(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager service to the government authority located in San Jose, CA. – Provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), preferably with demonstrated expertise in occupied rehabilitation and familiarity with Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) requirements. – Creating a feasible plan to rehabilitate and redevelop three affordable housing properties. – Provide both preconstruction and construction services. – Preconstruction services shall include, but not be limited to, master project scheduling, constructability reviews, detailed cost estimating, value engineering, subcontractor outreach and bidding, and preparation of a guaranteed maximum price. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 11, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026.
