Must be a qualified Architect/Engineering firm with experience in the Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) project delivery method
Must submit a single .pdf document that is PC readable and not password protected
Must acknowledge all addenda in the cover letter
Must ensure submittal is received electronically via the Town of Gilbert electronic bidding platform by the cut-off date and time
Must not have direct or indirect contact about this solicitation with any Town staff or official other than the designated Procurement Officer
