Construction Manager at Risk Services

The government authority in Greeley, Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for the design and construction of new secondary clarifier mechanisms, piping, and electrical, instrumentation, and controls equipment at its wastewater treatment and reclamation facility. These upgrades are intended to replace existing systems and improve facility operations.

The project is divided into two phases. Phase 1 (preconstruction services) includes collaborating with the design team to provide value engineering, constructability reviews, cost estimating, schedule development and management, and risk management planning. This phase also involves preparation for construction activities. Phase 2 encompasses all aspects of construction, including the completion of the new systems, startup and commissioning, and warranty responsibilities. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 8, 2026, and questions regarding the RFP are due by July 13, 2026.
