(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Randall, TX. 1. New District Attorney Administrative Addition (4,848 sq. ft.): Addition of office and administrative space to the west face of current District Attorney’s office, providing 18 new offices, a new conference room, expansion of the existing breakroom with ability to divide with movable wall and another conference room at the south end, a secure vestibule with egress and entry on the north end, and concrete bollard protection covering the entire west face. 2. New Court Room & Jury Room Additions (6,630 sq. ft.): Construction of new courtroom with judge’s chambers and secured access corridor, associated service areas, concrete bollard protection on south perimeter, expansion of jury room with adjacent secure courtyard, grand jury room renovation including expansion with coffee bar and witness rooms, and renovation of witness room into a new conference room with millwork storage. Additional work includes new concrete paving and striping for 398 spaces, demolition and replacement of landscaped islands with pedestrian walk aisle, new concrete bollards at new addition's front perimeter, drive connector to 24th Street, and designated employee parking.
