Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Vidalia, GA.– Provide pre–construction and construction services as a construction manager at risk.– Project includes renovation of the existing 4,025 square feet heated, 575 outdoor patio and adding approximately an additional 1,720 square feet to expand the children's area and the meeting room.– Design Professional to develop component bid packages during the course of construction.– CMR will provide preconstruction services which may include, without limitation, technical review, cost verification, cost evaluation, value engineering, schedule development, and schedule evaluation, in addition to management of the construction.– Responsible for methods of construction, safety, and the scheduling and coordination of the work of all construction and miscellaneous contracts required for completion of the project within its predetermined budget and schedule.
