(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– CMAR team will include direct assistance to the city, design team, the zoo and its project manager and other key stakeholders during the preconstruction and construction phases of the project.– CMAR services shall include project design review, cost–benefit analysis and constructability evaluation, construction cost estimating and procurement logistic analysis, project scheduling and expedite Building Permit Application process.– Responsible for cost estimates during schematic design, design development and construction documents.– Serve as general contractor to construct a portion of the work for the project.
