A government authority in California is seeking an experienced Construction Manager at Risk to oversee various aspects of a significant construction project. Consultation and advice are expected concerning construction feasibility, document clarity, completeness, constructability, and the coordination of trades and materials. The provider must also monitor the availability of trades, subcontractors, and materials, and offer input on alternate options as needed. Additionally, the construction manager is tasked with preparing, monitoring, and managing the project schedule throughout preconstruction, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close-out phases of the project.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 27, 2026, and all questions related to the project must be submitted by February 27, 2026.
