(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk service to the government authority located in California.– Provide recommendations on construction feasibility; actions designed to minimize adverse effects of labour or material shortages; time requirements for procurement, installation, and construction completion; and/or factors related to construction costs, including estimates of alternative designs or materials, preliminary budgets, and potential economic factors.– Provide continuous in–progress review of design documents generally described in the industry as “Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents” and provide consultation, input, and advice on construction feasibility, clarity, completeness, consistency, constructability, coordination among trades, coordination between drawings and specifications, alternative materials, availability of trades and subcontractors, and availability of labour and materials.– Responsible for the preparation, monitoring and managing of the schedule during the preconstruction, bidding, construction, commissioning and close–out phases of the Project.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 27, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.
