A federal contract opportunity is available for qualified firms to provide construction management and quality assurance services throughout Alaska and Wake Island. This single award task order contract involves non-personal services supporting a diverse range of projects, including remote sites, installations, and bases. Contractors will be responsible for general construction management duties and quality assurance tasks such as assessing and monitoring compliance with project plans, technical specifications, schedules, and related documents.
Responsibilities also include reviewing construction submittals, reports, studies, and other technical documentation to ensure adherence to required standards; reporting findings to the Field Contracting Officer's Representative (COR); managing project files and data; and performing other related, non-design activities as necessary. The work does not involve inherently governmental functions and will not be directed or supervised by government personnel. Interested organizations are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for contract award.
