KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have material testing facilities within 50 miles of both the Port of Oakland and the Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport
Must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for public works
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, inspection, or field engineering on public infrastructure projects
Must have a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline for the Project Manager role
Must be able to obtain and maintain required airport and/or maritime security credentials and badging
Must have a material testing facility capable of performing all tests listed in Appendix 3(f)
Must have a designated GIS Lead with a minimum of 5 years of relevant GIS project experience

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive construction management services for federally funded projects for the government authority in Oakland, California.
