Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Connecticut. • Prepare and update development schedule for both pre–construction and construction periods • Prepare cost estimates and subsequent updates as may be required, including federal and State prevailing wage requirements and other applicable laws and regulations. • Attend preconstruction meetings and interact with development team per agreed upon schedule • Assist development team in ensuring compliance with State and City of building code requirements and requirements for issuance of building permits. • Assist development team in planning for site utilization, management, and coordination during the site work and construction stages to maximize efficiency of materials handling and personnel deployment.
