A government authority in Syracuse, NY is seeking a construction management firm to oversee multiple projects utilizing a web-based Construction Management System (CMS). The selected construction manager will be responsible for managing all design and construction documentation through the CMS provided by the Program Manager, ensuring that all project communications and standard management tools are properly filed, stored, and accessible for each project.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with architects using Bluebeam Studio Sessions for document review and commenting, evaluating and developing conceptual project phasing, and coordinating scheduling and swing space needs, particularly for construction in occupied facilities. The construction manager will also be tasked with developing and tracking the master schedule for all projects and assisting in the identification of alternative funding sources.
