(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Springs, CO. – Construction management consultant for the cache la Poudre bridge rehabilitation project. – Bridge has unique historic architectural elements which will be maintained or restored as a part of this project. – Project aims to rehabilitate the existing bridge and add to the service life of the bridge while preserving character defining elements and historic components of the bridge. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
