SUMMARY

Portland seeks a firm to provide end-to-end construction management services, including planning, risk management, procurement, and project coordination for an upcoming construction project.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have experience in Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) project delivery method within the last 5 years
Must have experience in park construction and/or projects with similar scope and facilities within the last 10 years
Must be a responsible bidder pursuant to ORS 279C.235(3)(b)
Must hold necessary licenses and certifications
Must agree to be bound by the Regional Workforce Equity Agreement (RWEA)
Must be appropriately registered with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board
Must provide a performance bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price
Must provide a labor and materials bond in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price

DESCRIPTION
