DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Hawaii seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive construction management and construction support services. The scope involves furnishing construction managers, project engineers, field engineers, field construction inspectors, field clerks, and schedulers on an as-needed, work order basis to supplement the State Harbors Engineering construction staff and ensure effective administration of various construction projects.

The Construction Manager must be qualified to perform Construction Inspector duties when required, and possess supervisory skills to manage Project Engineers, Field Engineers, and Construction Inspectors. Similarly, the Project Engineer must be able to perform Construction Inspector duties when necessary and manage a team of Field Engineers and Construction Inspectors. The selected firm will offer personnel and expertise as required to ensure the successful management, oversight, and execution of harbor construction projects.
