(1) Vendor needs to provide construction engineering services to the government authority located in Dearborn, MI.– Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) milling and resurfacing.– Concrete pavement patching and conditioning.– Temporary lowering of storm and sewer structures.– Storm and sewer structure adjustment and repair.– Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) ramps, curb ramp openings, and sidewalks upgrade.– Concrete curb cap patching.– Landscaping and restoration.– Temporary and permanent traffic control for signing and pavement marking.– Soil erosion and sedimentation control.– Signage fabrication and testing, as needed.– Railroad Right of Entry (ROE) application management, as needed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
