The purpose of this RFP is to engage a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing campaign services focused on conservation cost-share initiatives. The selected firm will develop and execute integrated marketing efforts using both radio and digital platforms. Campaign components include 30-second radio advertisements aired on farm and rural broadcast stations, as well as digital advertising on news publication websites and through digital re-targeting strategies.
The successful respondent will be responsible for producing and placing four distinct 30-second radio spots, each featuring male and female voiceovers. They will provide scripts and secure approval on final versions prior to deployment. Digital ad creation, placement, and management are also required, with an expectation to offer a range of ad sizes and to monitor, optimize, and report on ad performance throughout the campaign. Weekly performance updates and a comprehensive final report are expected following each campaign's conclusion. All production costs for radio spots must be included in the cost proposal.
This RFP prioritizes detailed audience targeting, estimations of campaign reach, ongoing performance monitoring, and optimization to maximize campaign impact.
