DESCRIPTION

The issuing entity seeks qualified vendors to provide venue professional services for conferences, trainings, community forums, and other engagement events throughout the state of Delaware. Venues will be organized into eight tiers based on their capacity to host events of varying attendee sizes.

Required venue capabilities include reliable Wi-Fi access for staff and attendees, audio/visual support such as microphones, projectors, speakers, and screens, and access to the venue and storage space 24 hours prior to each event for setup. Vendors should also offer ample on-site parking appropriate to the applicable tier and provide on-site or preferred catering services.
